HOPE International Development Agency's activities focus on poor,vulnerableand rural communities in the developing world-specifically Afghanistan,Bangladesh,Burundi,Cambodia,Dominican Republic,DR Congo,Ethiopia,Guatemala,Haiti,Honduras,India,Myanmar,Nepal,Pakistan,Peru,Philippines,South Africa,SouthSudan,and Sri Lanka in the following programs: 1.Developing social and physical infrastructure (e.g. construction of watersystems,primary school support,microcredit,and social enterprise/livelihoo d,agriculture and food security); 2.Providing emergency relief (e.g. food & shelter) and rehabilitation(e.g. supporting the re-establishment of livelihoods,housing reconstruction in areas suffering from natural or human disasters; 3.Facilitating the distribution of donated quality medicines and medical supplies; 4.Provision of education opportunities for volunteers to engage with peoplein the developing world.
